1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of McQueen products and heritage.
2. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Cultivate and sustain client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
4. Participate in clienteling initiatives to reinforce client loyalty within the department or store.
5. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
6. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
7. Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, promoting a positive work environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours.
8. Embrace a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from colleagues and management.
