Alexander McQueen Client Advisor
Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house, was established by the visionary designer Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the brand became a part of the Kering Group, a global luxury conglomerate renowned for its portfolio of illustrious brands. Under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023, Alexander McQueen continues to epitomize individuality, subversive strength, and raw power, with its design studio and atelier based in London.
- Demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviors, including empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Recruit, maintain, and develop client relationships through a personalized approach supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Drive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, in line with House policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with an interest in fashion trends, luxury markets, and social media.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is an asset.
