2. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing an excellent knowledge of products and the brand's history and heritage.
3. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
4. Recruit, maintain, and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
5. Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
6. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
8. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors.
9. Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
10. Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
11. Comply with company grooming standards and policies.
12. Act in accordance with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.

10. Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM.
11. Knowledge of Russian and English is considered an asset.
