Alexander McQueen Client Advisor
Alexander McQueen, a renowned British luxury fashion house, was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992 and became part of the Kering Group in 2001. - Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Promote open and constructive communication within the team, fostering a positive working environment in line with company values.
- Maintain shop floor standards and product levels, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, and stock management.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
Previous experience in a fashion retail or customer service role is required.
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
