1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, including developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
3. Deliver exceptional service in alignment with the brand's Service Values and Standards.
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
5. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

2. Substantial retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-focused environment.
3. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

4. Physical capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Significant experience in retail sales within a luxury or customer service-related field is required.

$24 - $26/hour
