Alexander McQueen Client Advisor
Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house renowned for its unique expression of individuality and subversive strength, was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. - Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shop floor standards and product levels are maintained according to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth luxury product knowledge and keen interest in fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
Proven experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
