- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
- Contribute to product visual displays in accordance with brand standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Follow company grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with a custom approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Strengthen client loyalty through participation in clientelling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for the product.
- Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
