- Greet, listen to, and understand customer needs to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Offer insights into fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for the industry.
- Engage in open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and offering effective solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products according to AMQ visual standards.
- Ensure store functionality and sales floor cleanliness meet company policy requirements.
- Adhere to grooming standards in line with AMQ policies.
- Exceed personal sales targets and maximize sales performance to contribute to overall store success.
- Utilize all product categories available in the store and actively seize cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company operational guidelines and inventory procedures, ensuring cash, merchandise, and logistics are executed in accordance with company policies.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury brands, with a strong foundation in luxury goods knowledge.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness, teamwork spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales techniques and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric service mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
