- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Continuously seek and embrace feedback from colleagues and management to maintain a learning mindset.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and act in compliance with visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality with strong communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs regularly.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields is required.
Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
