Alexander McQueen, a renowned British luxury fashion house, was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992 and became part of the Kering Group in 2001. 1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of AMQ history and heritage.
2. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
6. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
7. Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, in accordance with House policies and procedures.
8. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
10. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related field.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.

5. Luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends, luxury market, and social media.

7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.

Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
