- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and AMQ history and heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, proposing effective solutions and promoting a positive working environment.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels, utilizing company training resources.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related field.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs regularly.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
