- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a custom-made approach, supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
- Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in developing the team through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors when needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related field.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields is required.
