- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Promote open communication and collaboration with team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and support other client advisors as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
