- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to foster client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Promote open and constructive communication with team members, fostering a collaborative environment and proposing solutions when necessary.
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and interest in fashion trends, luxury market, and social media.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related role is required.
