1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's history and heritage.
2. Proactively engage in cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
4. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty within the department or store.
5. Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
6. Aim to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
7. Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive work environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
8. Maintain a continuous learning mindset by seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
9. Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained, adhering to House policies and procedures.

11. Adhere to company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
