- Greet, listen to, and identify customer needs to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Offer insights into fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Engage in open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in accordance with AMQ visual standards.
- Ensure store functionality and cleanliness of the sales floor meet company policy requirements.
- Adhere to company grooming standards, following AMQ policies and standards accordingly.
- Exceed personal sales targets and maximize sales performance to contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Leverage all product categories available in-store, actively seizing all cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company operational guidelines and inventory procedures, ensuring cash, goods, and logistics are actively executed in line with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury brand environments with a solid understanding of the luxury market.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Exceptional commercial awareness, teamwork spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales techniques and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric service mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital tools for client relationship management.

1-2 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
