1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
6. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive work environment in line with the brand's values.
7. Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
8. Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and procedures.
9. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
10. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
11. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

2. Effective selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
3. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of luxury products and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
6. Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.

Experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
