- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches and CRM tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company values.
- Continuously seek and embrace feedback for personal development.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operations, stock, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and handle packages.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
