1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches and CRM tools to enhance client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
6. Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company values.
7. Continuously seek and embrace feedback for personal development.
8. Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
9. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.

11. Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operations, stock, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and handle packages.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
