Alexander McQueen Client Advisor

- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and the brand's history.
- Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using a personalized approach supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors.
- Embrace a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels, adhering to House policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Comply with company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Execute operational guidelines, stock procedures, and main reporting activities as requested by head office.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
