- Exceed all sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute strategies for sales generation.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Identify and resolve urgent issues with team members, colleagues, and customers.
- Showcase exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure merchandise potential.
- Conduct business recaps focusing on sell-through with sales associates.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example as a key management team member.
- Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
- Conduct in-store training, coordinate new staff induction, and share product knowledge.
- Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion store management.
- Demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
