- Monitor sales budget and sell-through KPIs closely.
- Identify business opportunities and risks, proposing strategic actions to drive business.
- Develop and implement buying and product strategies, ensuring high-quality purchases.
- Utilize historical sales data and seasonal trends to inform buying decisions.
- Strategize product demand in alignment with markdowns and holiday schedules.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather feedback from online and offline stores to inform headquarters of local market needs.
- Lead seasonal product training and embody the brand image through product presentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to provide product support for branding campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Degree in fashion or textiles.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in merchandising within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Strong fashion sense with analytical and numerical skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
A minimum of six years in the merchandising field, specifically within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
Degree in fashion or textiles.
