- Monitor sales budgets and key performance indicators related to sell-through rates.
- Identify business opportunities and risks, proposing actions to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement buying and product strategies, ensuring high-quality acquisitions.
- Analyze historical sales data and seasonal trends to inform purchasing decisions.
- Strategize product demand in anticipation of markdowns and holidays.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather feedback from online and offline stores to inform headquarters about local market needs.
- Lead seasonal product training and ensure alignment with brand image and DNA.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Retail teams to provide product support and advice for branding campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Degree in fashion or textiles.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in merchandising within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Strong fashion sense with analytical and numerical skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of independent work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational skills.
A minimum of 6 years in merchandising within the fashion or luxury retail industry is required.
Degree in fashion or textiles.
