Alexander McQueen Allocation and Shipping Planner

- Oversee the efficient allocation and distribution of products, ensuring timely store replenishment using internal tools.
- Coordinate the shipment of products from the central warehouse to various regions and indirect customers, meeting business and customer service needs.
- Assign, value, and ship products to Directly Operated Stores and wholesale clients, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
- Proactively monitor orders for accuracy, identifying and preventing errors before order release.
- Collaborate with the Brand Supply Chain team to define delivery targets and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Plan and manage shipping for special product launches, ensuring urgent shipments are processed efficiently.
- Provide the warehouse team with picking lists that align with distribution rules and compliance with customs and tax regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Customer Service team and Warehouse operations, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Distribution Planning and Warehouse teams to identify expected shipment volumes and ensure capacity aligns with operational needs.
- Serve as the go-to person for order and inventory management tools, collaborating with system and technical teams to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or customer service, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated Alexander McQueen key behaviours: Empowerment, Teamwork, Respect, and Kindness.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with AS400 and SAP is a plus.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and replenishment logic.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
A minimum of 3 years in supply chain planning or customer service, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
