Marchesi 1824 Food & Beverage Store Manager

- Deliver and uphold an exclusive, high‑quality customer experience in accordance with brand standards and the Marchesi service ceremony.
- Maximize store sales and profitability through active monitoring of KPIs, margin control, assortment planning and cost management.
- Supervise visual merchandising, window displays and in‑store presentation to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Manage assortment and ordering in coordination with the laboratory and central teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Maintain an effective information flow between store and HQ on product, sales and client intelligence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and external stakeholders; ensure personalized service for high‑value customers.
- Promote and coach the Customer Journey across the team; support event planning to drive sales and brand image.
- Partner with HR to secure appropriate staffing levels; define hiring needs by role, quality and budget.
- Lead performance management, objective setting and competence development for store staff; manage shift planning according to foot traffic.
- Ensure strict application of operational procedures (stock, inventory, cash, IT, post‑sales, maintenance) and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Supervise stock control and inventory rotation to minimise waste and optimise product turnover.
- Analyse market and competitor trends, proposing corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, ideally within luxury or premium Food & Beverage.
- Proven background in luxury or premium F&B retail with strong commercial orientation and P&L awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain distinctive, high‑level customer experiences including VIP client management.
- Excellent people management skills with experience in recruitment, performance management and team development.
- Strong organisational capability and experience managing day‑to‑day store operations.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data, KPIs and market trends to inform decisions.
- Solid knowledge of retail dynamics, stock/inventory processes and hygiene/safety regulations.
- High attention to detail, flexibility and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent command of English (to be assessed during interview).

At least five years in store management or assistant store management within luxury or premium Food & Beverage, with responsibility for commercial results, team leadership, store operations and VIP client relations.
High‑school diploma required; degree or professional qualification in Hospitality, Business, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
