- Coordinate seasonal launches for retail and wholesale in alignment with the global marketing plan and regional product availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets (OTIF).
- Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
- Maintain and update the customer database, including contacts and incoterms, and manage new account creation requests.
- Evaluate customer ratings based on fall out rates and credit management, suggesting action plans accordingly.
- Assist in implementing the automatic replenishment program (NOOS - Never Out of Stock).
- Develop tools to stimulate reorders and manage the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
- Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels by SKU for EMEA retail stores, coordinating new launches.
- Support wholesale and retail projects from sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspectives.
- Monitor top sellers’ availability in EMEA distribution centers and coordinate rebalancing with other regional centers.
- Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
- Coordinate annual physical stock takes at distribution centers and stores as per Finance/HQ guidelines.
- Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction levels in EMEA through local knowledge and strategic project support.
- Coordinate with Credit Management to facilitate shipping post-payment and resolve credit issues.
- Analyze sell-out information to customize reorder proposals and provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience or internship in supply chain or sales administration.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian or German is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
- Customer- and result-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERPs such as AX or SAP is a plus.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and solution identification.
- Interest in luxury and fashion.
A minimum of 3 years in supply chain or sales administration, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
