- Coordinate seasonal launches in alignment with the global marketing plan and regional product availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets.
- Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
- Maintain and update the customer database, including contacts and incoterms, and manage new account creation requests.
- Evaluate customer ratings based on fall out rates and credit management, and propose action plans.
- Assist in implementing the automatic replenishment program (NOOS) and stimulate reorders within the EMEA WHS distribution network.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
- Attend customer meetings to provide visibility on replenishment inventory and business development.
- Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels for EMEA Retail Stores, coordinating new launches.
- Support Wholesale and Retail projects from a sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspective.
- Monitor top sellers' availability through rebalancing with other regional distribution centers.
- Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
- Coordinate yearly physical stock takings at distribution centers and stores as per Finance/HQ guidelines.
- Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction in EMEA through local knowledge and strategic project follow-up.
- Coordinate with Credit Management to expedite shipping post-payment and resolve credit issues.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and statistics to the Sales Team and customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience or internship in Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
- Understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- Customer and result-oriented mindset.
- Sales-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERPs such as AX or SAP is beneficial.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying solutions.
- Interest in luxury and fashion.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales Administration is required.
