- Coordinate seasonal launches for retail and wholesale in alignment with the global marketing strategy and regional product availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets.
- Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
- Maintain and update the customer database and oversee new account creation requests.
- Evaluate customer ratings and propose action plans based on credit management and other metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of the automatic replenishment program (NOOS - Never Out of Stock).
- Develop tools to stimulate reorders and manage the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities with key partners and department stores.
- Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels for EMEA retail stores.
- Support wholesale and retail projects from a sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspective.
- Monitor top sellers' availability and coordinate stock rebalancing across regional distribution centers.
- Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
- Coordinate annual physical stock takings according to Finance and HQ guidelines.
- Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction in EMEA through local knowledge and support.
- Coordinate with Credit Management to facilitate shipping post-payment and resolve credit issues.
- Analyze sell-out data to customize reorder proposals and provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
- Customer- and result-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERPs (AX, SAP) is beneficial.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
A minimum of 3 years in a related field such as Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
