1. Coordinate seasonal launches for retail and wholesale in alignment with global marketing plans and regional product availability.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets.
3. Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
4. Maintain and update the customer database and manage new account creation requests.
5. Monitor customer ratings and develop action plans based on credit management evaluations.
6. Assist in the implementation of the automatic replenishment program (NOOS).
7. Create tools to stimulate reorders and support the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
8. Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
9. Attend customer meetings and provide live updates on inventory and business development.
10. Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels for EMEA retail stores.
11. Support wholesale and retail projects from a sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspective.
12. Monitor top sellers' availability and coordinate stock rebalancing across regional distribution centers.
13. Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
14. Coordinate annual physical stock takings at distribution centers and stores.
15. Assist Customer Service in reaching monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
16. Coordinate with Credit Management to facilitate shipping upon payment receipt and resolve credit issues.
17. Analyze sell-out information to customize reorder proposals.
18. Provide ad-hoc reports and statistics to the Sales Team and customers.

1. Experience or internship in supply chain or sales administration.
2. Understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
3. Customer- and result-oriented mindset.
4. Sales-oriented with strong analytical skills.
5. Team player with excellent communication skills.
6. Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
8. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Experience with ERPs (AX, SAP) is advantageous.
11. Proactive approach to problem-solving and solution identification.
