1. Coordinate seasonal launches in alignment with the global marketing plan and regional product availability.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets.
3. Support regional turnover maximization through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
4. Maintain and update the customer database, including contacts and account creation requests.
5. Evaluate customer ratings and propose action plans based on credit management and fall-out rates.
6. Assist in implementing the automatic replenishment program (NOOS).
7. Develop tools to stimulate reorders and manage the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
8. Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
9. Attend customer meetings to provide inventory visibility and support business development.
10. Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels for EMEA retail stores.
11. Support wholesale and retail projects from a logistics and inventory perspective.
12. Monitor top sellers' availability and coordinate stock rebalancing across regional distribution centers.
13. Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
14. Coordinate annual physical stock takes at distribution centers and stores.
15. Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
16. Provide local insights to enhance customer satisfaction in EMEA.
17. Coordinate with Credit Management to facilitate shipping upon payment receipt and resolve credit issues.
18. Analyze sell-out information to customize reorder proposals.
19. Generate ad-hoc reports and statistics for the Sales Team and customers.

1. Experience or internship in Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
2. Understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
3. Fluent in English and Italian; French or German is advantageous.

1. Customer- and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Experience with ERPs such as AX or SAP is a plus.
6. Proactive problem-solving approach.

Beginner-level experience in supply chain or sales administration, ideally through internships.
