10. Lead the team through briefings, objective setting, training, and direct coaching.
11. Foster team spirit, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and efficiency.
12. Instruct and supervise staff in executing operating procedures, pricing, and merchandise receipt.
13. Evaluate sales associate performance, providing feedback to ensure results.
14. Oversee day-to-day business needs and administration.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
