- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through continuous research.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.
- Lead the team through briefings, objective setting, training, and direct coaching.
- Foster team spirit, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and efficiency.
- Instruct and supervise staff in executing operating procedures, pricing, and merchandise receipt.
- Evaluate sales associate performance, providing feedback to ensure results.
- Oversee day-to-day business needs and administration.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
