3. Support and coach Sales Ambassadors to enhance team performance.

5. Enhance in-store customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
8. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally.
9. Expand the client book by gathering CRM details.
10. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
12. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
