1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and the store team.
2. Lead by example, embodying the brand image and adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Support and coach Sales Ambassadors to enhance team performance.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally while gathering client CRM details.
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English and French, with additional languages being advantageous.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
