- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and the store team.
- Lead by example, embodying the brand image and adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Support and coach Sales Ambassadors to enhance team performance.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while gathering client CRM details.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
- Fluency in English and French, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
