1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and the store team.
2. Lead by example, adhering to the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Support and coach Sales Ambassadors to enhance team performance.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and productivity.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
9. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
10. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to maintain product knowledge.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs.
2. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
