1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and the store team.

7. Educate clients about the brand and introduce complementary products to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and support stock management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
