1. Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and team members.
2. Lead by example, demonstrating behavior that aligns with the brand's image and adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Support and coach Sales Ambassadors to enhance team performance.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image within the store.
5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
7. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
8. Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English and French is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
