1. Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and communicate the brand's image and values to customers and the store team.
3. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
4. Support and coach the Sales Ambassador team.
5. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
6. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
7. Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
8. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products.
9. Process sales confidently and professionally, achieving sales targets.
10. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
11. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

1. Passion for fashion and sales.
2. Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
