- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among team members and customers.
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
- Ensure superior customer service to enhance the client journey.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, while gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.
- Lead and motivate the team through briefings, objective setting, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
- Evaluate Sales Associate performance and provide feedback to ensure results.
- Oversee day-to-day business and administrative needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
