1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity.
2. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and clienteling, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

4. Sustain the brand image and achieve sales and KPI targets.
5. Manage recruitment, retention, and development of store personnel.
6. Ensure compliance with HQ processes and guidelines.

9. Champion a customer-centric mindset and service excellence.
10. Maximize the potential of all product categories in the store.
11. Monitor store expenses and manage the monthly P&L with Finance.
12. Oversee health and safety, loss prevention, and risk management.
13. Control stock loss and conduct effective stock audits.

1. Extensive management experience in luxury retail.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Fluency in English and a second language preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the luxury goods sector.
