3. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

5. Monitor and coach the sales team daily to ensure targets are met.
6. Maintain high visual quality standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
7. Manage inventory to ensure a coherent product range and availability.
8. Develop and maintain a customer database.
9. Collaborate with HR to recruit and manage staff, focusing on turnover growth and team spirit.
10. Conduct monthly performance reviews with all staff members.
11. Prepare and manage staff schedules.
12. Provide regular feedback to head office through weekly and monthly reports.
13. Minimize shrinkage by adhering to the Maison's guidelines.
14. Ensure compliance with all procedures outlined in the store handbook.

1. Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within a premium or high-end fashion environment.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
