1. Provide continuous coaching and support to the team, identifying training needs and crafting tailored development plans.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, working with HR to secure succession plans.
3. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
4. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual actions and objectives.
5. Set ambitious yet attainable store targets and monitor performance to ensure these are met.
6. Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere where creativity is welcomed and empowerment is standard practice.
7. Participate in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
8. Network with Marc Jacobs and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.
9. Communicate strategic vision, targets, projects, and initiatives from HQ, ensuring the team consistently displays LVMH Values & Behaviors.
10. Act as a Marc Jacobs Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
11. Lead and develop store success through informed business strategies engaging all relevant stakeholders.
12. Champion and develop a customer-centric and service mindset in-store.
13. Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging support from visual merchandising, training, clienteling, and events.
14. Build a loyal clientele, leveraging clienteling tools from the CRM team.
15. Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client retention objectives.
16. Understand the business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations.
17. Attract and recruit new clients from personal networks and external partners.
18. Monitor store controllable expenses and partner with Finance on the review and action of the monthly P&L.
19. Supervise loss asset protection and risk management.
20. Control stock loss within the boutique budget and implement stock audits effectively.
21. Ensure the team is fully trained and understands company systems related to point of sale and cash handling/stock loss control.

1. Extensive management retail experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Outstanding sense of customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
6. A passion for Marc Jacobs and its collections.
7. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
8. Keen interest in culture and art.
9. Fluency in English (essential) and in a second language (preferred).
