1. Provide continuous coaching support to the team, identifying training needs and crafting tailored development plans.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop talents, working with HR to secure succession plans.
3. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
4. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
5. Set ambitious yet attainable store targets and monitor performance to ensure these are met.

7. Participate in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of the staff.
8. Network with Marc Jacobs and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.

10. Behave as a Marc Jacobs Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
11. Lead and develop store success through informed business strategies that engage all relevant stakeholders.
12. Champion and develop a customer-centric and service mindset in store.
13. Identify key opportunities and best practices for the store, supporting them with training and development.
14. Maximize the potential of all product categories carried in the store, fostering synergies between categories.
15. Build a loyal clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools from the CRM team.
16. Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client retention objectives.
17. Be the voice of the store in the country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations.
18. Attract and recruit new clients from personal network and external partners.
19. Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends.
20. Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented, proposing improvement actions.
21. Monitor store controllable expenses and partner with Finance on the review and action of the monthly P&L.
22. Take accountability alongside Store Support for the health and safety management of the store.
23. Supervise loss asset protection and risk management.
24. Control stock loss within the boutique budget and implement stock audits effectively.
25. Ensure the team is fully trained and understands the Company systems relating to point of sale and cash handling/stock loss control.

1. Extensive management retail experience in the luxury goods sector
2. Existing international clientele network
3. Experience in managing VIP client events

1. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
2. Outstanding sense of customer service
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
5. Fluency in English (essential) and in a second language (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
