3. Cultivate a client-centric environment, fostering strong relationships with clients, particularly VIPs and VVIPs.
4. Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures, maintaining the store's image and reputation.
5. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring a high level of engagement and performance.
6. Monitor store expenses and collaborate with finance to manage the monthly P&L.
7. Oversee health and safety, loss prevention, and risk management within the store.
8. Leverage CRM tools to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
9. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

1. Extensive management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of managing VIP client events.
3. Existing network of international clientele.

4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
