- Collaborate with the Global Store Design team to develop new store locations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with tenant coordinators and mall managers.
- Transition design documents for bid, landlord review, and permit processes with the architect of record.
- Review architectural documents with the Vice President of Store Planning & Facilities.
- Coordinate security, telephone, and data requirements with relevant departments.
- Obtain landlord approvals for preliminary and working drawing reviews.
- Create and manage requests for bids and assist in the RFP process for GC scope and owner vendor items.
- Review bid proposals and coordinate costs and schedules with vendors and contractors.
- Maintain project cost summaries and approve invoices in coordination with the cost controller.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design and quality standards are met.
- Attend weekly site meetings to monitor project schedules and design standards.
- Coordinate with GC and local departments for certificates and inspections.
- Collaborate with global store design, visual merchandising, retail, and operations for store openings.
- Develop punch lists and ensure timely correction of items.
- Request and obtain lien waiver letters and comply with landlord close-out procedures.
- Develop and issue maintenance manuals for store managers.
- Assist in multi-project budgeting and scheduling for departmental forecasting.
- Develop Pop-Ups from concept design to build-out with Store Design and Visual Merchandising.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail project management.
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
- Strong budgeting and general math skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of design drawings and project documentation.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction and millwork quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail project management is required.
University degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $105,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
