1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and understanding the brand DNA.
2. Demonstrate exemplary behavior representative of the Marc Jacobs brand.
3. Maintain and operate an efficient stock room to support the sales team in maximizing profitable sales.
4. Ensure products are organized, managed, and controlled to maintain luxury quality and minimize stock loss.
5. Drive product knowledge to stay updated on the full product range, including product care and stock availability.
6. Support the sales team by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
7. Maintain stock room standards that reflect the brand image.
8. Ensure products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored to reduce damage.
9. Conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss.
10. Resolve stock discrepancies and complete weekly reports on inventory results.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure efficiency.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including CITES requests for exotic products.
13. Monitor stationary stock levels and place orders as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in stock controlling within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years in stock controlling within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
