- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand image and understanding its DNA.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior that reflects the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Drive product knowledge to stay informed about the entire product range, including product care, stock availability, and after-sales services.
- Ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting the sales team with product preparation and stock availability advice.
- Maintain stock room standards that align with the brand image, ensuring products are boxed, labeled, and stored correctly.
- Conduct regular inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss and resolve discrepancies.
- Facilitate internal stock transfers and ensure accurate recording of stock movements.
- Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and manage replenishment to maintain product availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including CITES requests for exotic products.
- Monitor and manage stationary stock levels to ensure continuous supply.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in stock control within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
- Passion for fashion and sales with a focus on client needs and experience.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in stock management software and tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion environment.
