1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the Marc Jacobs brand image and values.
2. Maintain and operate an efficient stockroom to support the sales team in maximizing profitable sales.
3. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge, including product care, stock availability, and after-sales services.
4. Support the sales team by preparing products and advising on stock availability and replenishment.
5. Maintain stockroom standards that reflect the brand's luxury image.
6. Ensure products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored to minimize stock damage.
7. Conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss.
8. Record all internal stock transfers accurately and manage stock transfers between stores.
9. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Monitor and manage stationary stock levels to ensure continuous supply.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
2. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.

3. Outstanding customer service skills with a sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
