- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and understanding the brand DNA.

- Drive product knowledge to stay informed about the entire product range, including care, availability, and after-sales services.
- Ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting the sales team with product preparation and stock availability advice.
- Maintain stock room standards that align with the brand image.
- Ensure products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored to minimize stock damage.
- Maintain awareness of product aftercare and potential damages to prevent stock loss.
- Accurately record internal stock transfers and manage stock movements between stores.
- Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and check for damages.
- Conduct weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss.
- Resolve stock discrepancies and complete weekly inventory reports with detailed comments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stationary stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
