1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and understanding the brand DNA.
2. Demonstrate exemplary behavior that reflects the Marc Jacobs brand.
3. Drive product knowledge to stay informed about the entire product range, including care, availability, and after-sales services.
4. Ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting the sales team with product preparation and stock availability advice.
5. Maintain stock room standards that align with the brand image.
6. Ensure products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored to minimize stock damage.
7. Maintain awareness of product aftercare and potential damages to prevent stock loss.
8. Accurately record internal stock transfers and manage stock movements between stores.
9. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and check for damages.
10. Conduct weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss.
11. Resolve stock discrepancies and complete weekly inventory reports with detailed comments.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
14. Monitor stationary stock levels and place orders as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
2. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Outstanding customer service skills, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
