5. Maintain stock room standards that reflect the brand image, ensuring products are boxed, labeled, and stored correctly.
6. Ensure all products on display are properly maintained to minimize stock damage.
7. Conduct regular inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss and resolve discrepancies.
8. Manage internal stock transfers and ensure accurate recording of stock movements.
9. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
11. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
12. Monitor and manage stationary stock levels, placing orders as necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
2. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
