- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the brand.
- Embody and project the brand image for customers and the store team, maintaining a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
- Lead by example, demonstrating role model behavior that aligns with brand dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exemplary client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury, high fashion sales, with a focus on ready-to-wear and leather goods.
