1. Proactively manage server systems to ensure maximum availability, performance, and reliability.
2. Administer Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
3. Provide second and third level support for Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online systems.
4. Ensure network and business continuity through detailed management of operational platforms, including physical and virtual servers, network components, and cybersecurity technologies.
5. Collaborate with IT personnel and senior management to develop strategies and plans that support business objectives and enhance services.
6. Perform root-cause analysis, manage technology issues, and lead remedial actions.
7. Document existing and new processes, IT policies, and procedures, and produce detailed network and systems diagrams.
8. Assist with and coordinate updates and upgrades to newer technologies, determine impact, and decide on best implementation practices.
9. Participate in off-hours on-call support rotation.

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in implementing and maintaining complex IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux Server systems.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
3. Experience in cloud computing environments such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
4. Strong VMware experience.
5. Experience managing core Windows services such as DHCP and DNS.
6. Administration of Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls.
7. Experience with identity and authentication management (IAM) systems including RADIUS, Okta, and SAML.
8. Experience managing cloud and on-prem storage systems.
9. Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, SQL, Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
10. Ability to solve problems and implement technology solutions quickly and efficiently.
11. Passion for working with people to solve technical issues.
12. Ability to multitask and work with vendors, business partners, and global stakeholders.
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in implementing and maintaining complex IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux Server systems.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $145,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
